Show Me Your Teeth!

Show me your teeth......don't be scared! Some of you may know what song I am referencing by Mother Monster herself but seriously she's right. Show your teeth and don't be scared. Well I guess many of us may have some fears these days as with all the coffee, sodas, cigarettes, and red wine we tend to enjoy that can stain our teeth. Well, if you continuously go to the dentist every six months you probably have heard about switching to an electric toothbrush. Some people are intimated by the price points of these and it may be an item to save up for, but you still can have something in the interim to give yourself a good brushing. Below I highlight the importance of switching to an electric toothbrush for everyone from the young to the old, and after you can see my quick economical fix until you are fully capable of making the big investment.
So here's why I suggest making the switch:
1.) Electric brushes help get your mouth very clean and can reduce the risk of gingivitis and cavities.
2.) Do you or someone you love have braces? Well great news, electric brushes are excellent for that and many dentist would recommend them to get the best cleaning.
3.)They actually can help with the removal of stains on your teeth.
4.) Great option for elders as when we age we can have possible dexterity issues. Electric brushes make life a lot simpler and easier for dexterity issues.
5.) So here's the final highlight they are expensive but think about this......are you worth the investment? It's important to take care of your teeth. Electric brushes can range anywhere from $80-$300 depending on what you get. Yes that's an investment so I found an economic fix until you have the funds to fully invest. Check out below!

| This can be found at Aldi for less than $6.......it's actually just like the Arm&Hammer brush which cost about $8. I will say the press button I actually like better on the Dentiguard brush than the slide up button on the Arm & Hammer. And Yes I had the Arm&Hammer one but I just got rid of it because of the dirt that was caught all around the switch which I didn't like at all. |
