Hair, Skin, and Nails OH MY!

You guessed it.....hair, skin, and nails....it's gotta be Biotin. That's right a vitamin you can take to help enhance your outer beauty while taking care of your inner. I recently have been doing some research and found that we can put as much products as we want on our hair, skin, and nails but it also helps to put good things into your body to to work it's way from the inside to the out. Now I get a special Biotin as it's infused with coconut oil. Here are the benefits below about why I like this Biotin infused with coconut oil and why you should give it a try yourself. Big bonus this was delivered to my front door by pill pack. They were smart and kept it separate as the oil could leak and ruin my daily meds. Here's the scoop:

1.) Why Biotin? Well because it will help you grow healthier and stronger hair, skin, and nails. It also has a bonus of helping metabolize carbs and helping give you more production of energy.
2.) Biotin has been mentioned to be good during breastfeeding and pregnancy (double check with your doctor first)
