Butter London Stroke Of Wow Liner
1.) First off we have to start of by saying that the fact that this is a roller liner is really kinda cool. The concept is cool but still has a few things that need to be worked out. I found that sometimes the liner works great and then sometimes it doesn't deposit an even amount of liner in some areas.
2.) While making the application easier, I still steadied my elbow on my vanity in order to apply the liner the best. Even with my shaky hands the liner worked okay but like I mentioned above the amount of color deposited wasn't what I wanted it to be in some areas.
3.) The formula is awesome because it dries really fast! I mean literally I blinked and it was dry which is handy. I will say that with the fast drying formula I did notice that sometimes it peeled off easily and some areas if you don't deposit enough product.
4.) Another design feature is the top of the product that you actually hold to use the liner. The way it is shaped it fits perfectly in my hands and is gripped well with my fingers. The concept is pretty smart if you ask me.
5.) Lastly people forget that Butter London is a more clean cosmetic line. The product does not have parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, and phthalates. This is great as this is a trend more than ever before these days.
Overall I like the liner......notice I said like not love. If they could improve the formula a little bit so that it deposited better and didn't easily peel off that would be great! Now I will say this is a fun liner and could be a good way to get you started in liquid liner if the struggle is real for you like so many people out there. I can't lie it actually did an okay cat eye and the wing I am still working on and practicing with with this product.
Guys for about $19 you can find this at SELECT Ulta Beauty Stores and of course ulta.com and butterlondon.com
