This Is Crazy!
Hey there Beauty B's!
So today I got bold and decided to give you a little glimpse of the ideas that pop in my head. There is a saying and it goes, "There is a method to my madness." Today I prove my point. Recently I have started using my beauty blender less and less and my skin has changed since doing so. I also have found that I am not going through some of my foundations as quickly as I normally do. Yes, this include some thick product I like to use every once in a while to really take my beat to the next level. So here's the deal. I first cleaned my beauty blender very thoroughly with a brush shampoo. I have used so many cleansers with this bad boy and none of them have destroyed my blender. I after this when I feel it's good and clean microwave my blender as it sanitizes the blender and on top of that get more gunk out. Finally after all this taking an hour, I let it air dry for 24 hours. So today I went to wet my sponge and squeeze out the excess water. I wanted to make sure it was cleaned. Nothing came running out of the sponge. Finally I took my scissors and I cut open my sponge and I was so sad to see that there was still product build up in the center of the sponge. So get ready for this......I decided to wash the inside and what came out was so gross. Literally so much product came out it got me thinking. Sure these bad boys are great for quick makeup applications, and for blending harsh lines, but are they costing me more than they are worth? Also my skin really did change once I stopped using my blender religiously. So could that be the key to better skin. So here's my new deal, I can't say I will stop using Beauty Blenders all together, however I am switching back to brushes and Pillow Blend Brushes. Click the link below to check out my video!

I feel pretty
Oh, so pretty
I feel pretty and witty and bright!
And I pity
Any girl who isn't me tonight
Oh, so pretty
I feel pretty and witty and bright!
And I pity
Any girl who isn't me tonight
I feel charming
Oh, so charming
It's alarming how charming I feel!
And so pretty
That I hardly can believe I'm real

And so pretty
That I hardly can believe I'm real
