What if there is a simple mistake that you could be sleeping on that could be adding to your skin issues. Well check out below my hot tip and quit sleeping on this simple mistake. Time To Wake Up
- First off I want you to really think about how many times you actually clean your pillowcases. Really think about this and think about the benefits of this simple task could benefit your skin.
- Did you know that pillowcases may be any material you could imagine yet they can all hold dirty little secrets lurking beneath and on the surface. The problem ranges from oils, sweat, and hair products. These actually will sit on the surface of your pillowcases at night and boom there is your face in them.
- If using acne medications they actually say that you should be cautious of this at night as your pillow cases can be stained. They say to use natural fabrics that are lighter colors because often times these products can bleach.
- They say that you should change and wash your pillow cases every two to three days which may help vastly improve your skin over time.
- A beauty rumor is that silk pillowcases are actually amazing with your skin. They are said to help prevent wrinkles and break outs of the skin. They are also apparently excellent for sensitive skin. This is something a few dermatologists have said but it isn't a proven fact.
- One last scary warning. Be careful or moisture in your pillows. I am talking about sweat, and any other kind of moisture. This is really bad because it creates an excellent place for harmful bacteria to thrive in which is horrible for your skin. Try to keep the temperature in your room comfortable so that you don't sweat at night and add moisture to your pillows. Also try to keep you hair dried or wrapped up very well so no moisture is left on your pillows.
- Be cautious of liquid fabric softeners and dryer sheets, they are are said to sometimes leave waxy residue on your pillow cases.
Well my Sleeping Beauty B's try out this trick and lets quit sleeping on this simple mistake that many people are making and punishing their skin.
Sleep Tight,

Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen
Give him the word that I'm not a rover
Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over
Sandman, I'm so alone
Don't have nobody to call my own
Please turn on your magic beam
