Gone In 60 Seconds!

Hey there Beauty B's!

So how many of us really have the time to take out of our busy days and actually get our skin a spa treatment. I don't know about you but I personally tend to sleep in a bit these days and then cram in school work and rush off to work. So what can we do that is a quick fix for those days we just don't have enough time in the day to give our skin some love. Well I think I found the solution for those days and all you need to do is dedicate 60 seconds in the shower. That's right, 60 seconds in the shower to help improve your skin. Check out my pick below and why this is a must for your Beauty Arsenal!

Aveeno Positively Radiant 60 Second In-Shower Facial:

1.)  First off you only need to use this 1-2x's a week. Meaning probably great for Monday's when you are sleeping in from the weekend, and another day where you just need to buy yourself some more time.

2.) The product is for in the shower because of the steam that is generated from your hot showers. The steam helps open up your pores which allows the cleanser to penetrate the pores and get rid of all the dirt, and oil trapped inside.

3.) This product targets the 5 essential things we all look for in a cleanser these days: Tone, Dullness, Brown-spots, texture, and of course blotchy skin.

4.) One fair warning about the product and that is you need to make sure you are using SPF when using this. Anytime a product has Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) you are more sensitive to the sun. Make sure your moisturize and foundation products have SPF infused in them. (I recommend for more natural based products to check out PUR Cosmetics pressed foundation powder which has amazing skincare benefits.)

5.) Two ingredients that are in this product are soy, and lemon peel extract. Below I broke down what these do for your skin. One big bonus this product does have glycerin in it which will create more hydration for your skin and give you the radiance you want.

Lemon peel extract-  this is full of Vitamin C, Potassium, and Calcium. Lemon peel is also good for acne prone skin. This also lightens, brightens, and exfoliates the dead skin cells off the skin. This literally will leave your skin fresh and glowing.

Soy- this property actually brightens skin, reduces redness, help with skin tone, and of course helps increase the production of collagen.  Soy is also great for helping reduce wrinkles and can help over time tighten skin. Remember this isn't going to happen overnight. Skin care takes time invest your time and your money into your skin.

Well Beauty B's I hope you all have a great night, I am a little tired today from school work, work, and mentally preparing for a big birthday tomorrow.

Gotta go reflect on a lot of things,
