Think Pink....Pink Hair That Is!
Hey all you Beauty B's!
Believe it or not having hair is something kinda new to me. I mean I have had hair before but I always have had a buzz and a fade for the last five years. Before that I was playful briefly, but before that my mother didn't like me having long hair so I always kept it short. Boy did I forget how much fun you can have having hair. I think Mother Monster said it right about Being As Free As My Hair. Well recently I wanted to play with color since I am doing more exciting looks on myself. I found this L'Oreal Colo-Rista spray and couldn't resist. Check out my review below and join me in being bold, beautiful, and you. Please remember our good friends at L'Oreal remind us: I'm worth it too!
L'Oreal Colo-Rista Spray
1.) First of all this product is exciting because you can literally play with a bold color and not have to worry about it being permanent or damaging to the hair.
2.) The product works with with all hair types. Also the product is unisex guys you too can be bold and rock a wild look. It's sexy to have some edge and be adventurous once in a while. They also have a pink which is great for Breast Cancer Awareness.
3.) Please be smart about using the product. It is a product that can stain clothing so wrap a towel around your clothing to protect from staining. I recommend using a thick bath towel that you don't mind getting stained.
4.) Fair warning: If you have colored treated hair the product may actually last a little longer than one day even after washing. It will fade and wash out but seriously be aware of that before you rock the color.
5.) If you are going for more than just highlights you are going to need more than one can. I wish they made a bigger can but they have not yet.
6.) For best application prime you hair first with hair spray. Meaning style your hair then do a light coat a hair spray. This will work to prime the hair for the color spray. After this seal with a list mist of hair spray to set the color.
7.) Personally I recommend this product for doing highlights and not the full head or beard. I read a review about a guy doing his whole beard and he had trouble getting the color out.
8.) If you are super nervous about the color coming out there is a Colo-Rista shampoo that can fade the product faster if need be.
*Remember if the color doesn't come out right away and you are washing and washing you hair over and over you need to do a hydrating hair mask. Also I recommend using shampoos and conditioner that are hydrating. Or just rock it until it fades out....it's the year of the Unicorn Magic.*
Gotta go Beauty B's.....I feel like Frenchie from Grease!
