Health Is Beauty!
Hey Beauty B's!
Underneath all that foundation and concealer and looking flawless to go to work some of us are literally sick. Then there are my brothers and sisters.....aka "New Yorkers" who are literally looking good but surrounded by things they can't see. As part of feeling beautiful and being beautiful in your own eyes you have to take care of yourself. This year has been a scary year and I have a strong feeling the CDC saw this. Think about this, how many places were offering flu shots this year, how many employers were giving out free flu shots, and how many times did you see or know someone who got the flu. The air is dirty and we can't see how UGLY it really is. It's full of impurities that are literally making us sick. So maybe after a long day of sanitizing and drying out your hands with Purell, your sense of smell could use a cleansing too. Treat yourself to a little Eucalyptus Essential oil in a diffuser. You may ask why this is part of my beauty blog, well it's because health is beauty and cleansing your air of toxins and bad energy is also a part of a quality beauty regimen. Check out below what Eucalyptus does and how to MAYBE NOT BE BLUE, AND BEAT THE FLU!
P.S. Amazon Prime may be your life saver for this!
Highlights of Eucalyptus:
1.) The essential oil actually has antiseptic properties........meaning it's great for healing wounds, cuts, and burns.
2.) Wanna try to breathe a little better? Well Eucalyptus can actually help with respiratory issues such as asthma, coughing, colds, sore throats. It really can help open up your chest too.....think Vicks Vapor Rub.
3.) You can often times think more clear when you add a little of this to the air. Think about people with depression or anxiety and how exhausted the mind gets battling these issues while trying to function in day to day life.
4.) Kills Bacteria in the AIR! Very important these days! Also it can refresh the air in your room.
5.) Here's one for the KIDS! It can help battle lice!
So Give this a try and Battle the flu!
Gotta go,
