An As Seen On T.V. Surprise!

Hey Beauty B's!

So guess what I did that I swore I never would, yep got suckered in by a T.V. ad. I saw a cosmetic company advertising some things and I got curious, and so I grabbed my laptop. Four weeks later I have a whole bunch of goodies to try and spill the T. The first thing I tried I was greatly surprised and had to tell you guys about my find as it shocked me in a good way.

Introducing Luminess HD Mascara and guys I am in LOVE! Here's the why:

1.) You guys know I love ingredients and my curiosity was peaked with the first five ingredients. I broke them down for you below

-Water- I did some digging and found out that water based mascaras not only dry faster, but they are great for sensitive eyes and people who have allergies. Big bonus for ladies out there with lash extensions many seem to say it's best to use water based mascaras for your lashes when you have extensions. Food for thought.

-Pentaerytrityl Tatrasterate- I was scared just by the big word but I did some digging and found that this is a cosmetic ingredient that locks in moisture. I don't know about you but I want my lashes to be hydrated and health just like I want my actual hair hydrated and healthy so it looks good right?

-Cera Alba- In plain words beeswax. Beeswax helps with the longevity of your mascara application, Also helps gives your lashes lift and will hold the curl well for you. I mean hello HOLY GRAIL!

-PVP- I was a little clueless on this so I did some digging and found out that its a binding ingredient found in most hair products we use, so it really didn't bring me any worry.

-Ozokerite- this is the last ingredient I will talk about that peaked my curiosity. This is a mineral base wax from coal shale that actually helps thicken cosmetics and helps the oil portion from separating which HELLO we don't want that to happen in our mascara!

2.) The wand design. I swear each time I pulled the wand out literally it had the perfect amount of product on it each time. Also the brush is thick but well spaced out which helps eliminate clumping.

3.) The sleek package design got me guys. I love the black and silver gray packaging. It's sleek and understated. I think eventually they could step it up!

4.) Lastly, this mascara literally gave me LIFE. I am talking it looked like I had extensions on and I only did one coat.

Good news is this mascara is going in my daily mascara spot right away, the bad news....it's only available as a free gift with the purchase of the airbrush machine which I haven't used yet used......that's next months surprise!  Maybe the company will get wise because they are sleeping on a GOLD MINE with this mascara! Keep your eyes peeled!

YASS for the lashes!
