Can't Keep My Hands To Myself!
Hey Beauty B's!
We all do some kind of work with our hands every single day. Some of us are close to people's faces with our hands and we need them to look presentable. I don't know about you guys but this winter it has been killing me down here in Virginia. It's funny because when I lived in Manhattan I never was this dry before. So last night I looked at my hands before going to bed and they looked horrible. I literally was freaking out looking at them. They were dry, red, and of course great I was having the start of a psoriasis break out on them. Well I was not about to let this happen. I decided to put a stop to this right away. I was looking through my new beauty products to try and talk about and boom Skinfix appeared. It was a sign. I literally tried the hand cream right away and instantly fell in love. My hands literally right away felt so much better. Like I had just drank a million gallons of water and replenished my drier than the Sahara skin. So guys need a little Skinfix, check it out. I broke it down below why I love the product and why it's worth the money. It's a little pricier than your basic everyday hand cream but the quality of ingredients explains why:
1.) Guys I have said this before Dermatologist tested products when it comes to skin kind put my mind at a little ease when purchasing something new.
2.) Coconut Oil- which stimulates the creation of new skin cells and curing the ones you currently have. So great for all those cracks and torn skin on your hands. Also coconut is hydrating so it will put some life back into your hands. This will help keep your hands youthful looking as it promotes firm and smoothing skin because it helps the production of collagen.
3.) Aloe- Guys this is not very well known but aloe is great for your dry cracked hands. Think about it, this is in many soaps but did you ever stop to think why? Aloe is also anti-inflammatory so its great for conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Literally my swelling in my hands when down over night with the application of the hand cream. I literally get random breakouts of psoriasis on my hands when the weather changes or is way too dry. Don't forget aloe is full of vitamins that will keep your hands healthy and feeling back to new again.
4.) Petrolatum- this last one I picked even though there are a lot of people for the use and a lot of people against the use. Petroleum jelly actually seals the pores many say, however personally I don't mind having it used on my dry hands as it's not my face. My facial pores are more of a concern for me than my hands. Also when you actually research and dig around to see what Petrolatum does for the skin you will find that it actually does create a moisture barrier for the skin with the oils that are found within it. This derivative is also fragrance free so it's skin for those highly sensitive skin conditions that many of us face nowadays. Lastly, its another healing agent. So those little cracks on your hands, and the broken skin will actually heal better with products that contain this and hey it's anti-bacterial so will help when you have all those cracks and broken spots of skin. The good news this was the second on the ingredients list followed by aloe. Paired together I was actually pleased with the idea.
5.) NO: Parabens, Gluten-Free, No Synthetic Fragrance, No Soy, and product is CRUELTY FREE!
Guys I kid you not the product is full of a million more wonderful ingredients. I just wanted to hit a few that kinda sold me on using the product more this winter. After the results I got last night I will keep going with this. Check it out guys I actually got mine at Target. I put the exact link right here....... hopefully it works if not just do a search for it: https://www.target.com/p/skinfix-ultra-rich-hand-cream-3oz/-/A-16501059#lnk=sametab
Gotta go paint my nails now that my hands look better!
